Clear Braces

Clear braces are a very aesthetic alternative to traditional metal braces. Dr. Gluck uses clear In-Ovation brackets made by GAC. They are made out of a durable ceramic that effectively blends with the color of your teeth. These newer ceramic braces are very effiecient at straightening teeth, but are much less noticeable than metal braces.

When the clear brace alternatives were first introduced, they provided inferior treatment in comparison to standard traditional braces. They stained and were broken easily because the braces were made of a plastic material. The treatment progressed slower because the previous braces distorted and produced excessive friction during treatment.

The new generation of ceramic braces provide the same quality of treatment as the metal braces, but with a much more aesthetic appearance.
